The same way an in-person one does, just over video call and cloud-based tools instead of in the room. We set a regular check-in cadence, use secure file sharing for documents, and you always know how to reach us. 

We work primarily with clinics, healthcare, and service-based businesses, and any growing businesses along with small teams across other industries who need payroll, HR, or bookkeeping support
